Online ticketing is most stable on the Explorer.

3. Bank Transfer Payment

Due to the instability of the bank transfer‘s payment module, we refrain from using the bank transfer right after the online ticketing opens as the internet traffic will dramatically increase.

4. Jeonju Dome / VR Cinema seats are non-reserved seats.

5. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office on the day of the screening even if the film is sold-out online. (Opening & Closing Ceremony and Talk Classes excluded)

6. 1,000 KRW Cancellation fee will be charged per cancellation. (If cancelled on the day of the screening)
