Claudia, who is hurt by her parents’ divorce and her father’s remarriage, stays in her hiding place everyday. As the only child to her divorced parents, she spends most of her lonely hours talking to a goldfish and writing poems. She tries to comfort herself with the thought that she is not the only heartbroken person in the city, but she still cannot understand why her father fell in love with Leslie, a woman who is lacking in everything compared to her mother. What is worse, her father had an affair with Leslie even before the divorce. The film seems to be the
confession of a wounded adolescence, just like other coming-of-age films. What distinguishes from other films is that all of the characters are played by only one person wearing masks. In the film, which went from stage to screen, writer-performer Kristen Thomson successfully plays all the characters using different voices and performances. In addition, doll animation inserted into the film will be interesting to the audience.
