Born in 1980, Seoul. After graduating Theater & Film Department in Kyung Hee University, he studied Directing in Korean Academy of Film Arts. His graduation short film, Stop by [#i_]My House[_i#](2008) was screened at Buchon International Fantastic Film Festival and Seoul Independent Film Festival, winning runner up prize at University Film Festival of Korea. His another shorts, directed in 2010, [#i_]Double Clutch[_i#](2010) was invited to both Mise-en-Scene Short Film Festival and Hong Kong Short Film Festival, receiving Grand Prize in Short Film section of Jeonju International Film Festival. [#i_]Alice in Earnestland [_i#]is his first feature film.
