A story about a handicapped man named Sazzad struggling to fight for survival in Dhaka, Bangladesh. With stock market’s crash, Sazzad faces in losing all of his assets. In middle of crisis he tries to find a way to leave Dhaka but does not know how to face his girlfriend, Rehana and his brother, Michael. The film sets the background with the hardness of reality that protagonist faces while struggling day and night living in Bangladesh. With life that has no tomorrow, earnestness and the viewing of reality can be seen in the film. Live from Dhaka was awarded for Best Director and Best Performance in 2016 Singapore International Film Festival. The film also adds a new stream to Asian films.
