Review

Chul runs away from orphanage with his friend at night expecting that his parents may be alive somewhere. He runs into a wanderer Dong-man in a boat. They become close friends.

Born in 1929. Hamgyeongnam-do. Where is the Land to Live on(1963) is his debut film. He directed several war films; The Myth-Making Marine(1965), Operation Yeongho(1967), Special Marine Corps of No Return(1973) based on his military experience in Marine Corps. He succeed in relay released A Spell of Good Luck(1970), Yong-pal, A King of Namdaemoon area(1970). He won the Director Pirze at the 15th DaeJong FF for Wonsan Secret Operation(1976).
