Abbas KIAROSTAMI 
Born in 1940, Teheran. He had worked extensively as a screenwriter, film editor, art director and producer and had designed credit titles and. He was part of a generation of filmmakers in the Iranian New Wave, a Persian cinema movement that started in the late 1960s. He won Palm o´Dor of the Cannes Film Festival in 1997 with [#i_]The Taste Of Cherry[_i#]. His main works are Where is [#i_]My Friend´s House?[_i#](1987), [#i_]Shirin[_i#](2008) and [#i_]Copying Love[_i#](2010).
