Michael ALMEREYDA

Born in 1959, Overland Park, Kansas, USA. He studied art history at Harvard but D\\ped out to pursue filmmaking. His first film was A Hero of Our Time(1985), screened in Sundance Film Festival. He directed features set in pre-and post-Katrina New Orleans: Happy Here and Now(2002) and New Orleans, Mon Amour(2008). He is also known for Hamlet(2000), Experimenter(2015). Marjorie Prime is his recent feature film.
