21,3°C embodies a principle of cinema driven by the collision of “stillness” and “change.” Each frame is consisted of a window showing a building on the opposite side, curtains, light, darkness, and vases. The frames are shot throughout 11 different time of a day. Curtain knots, flowers, chairs, and light change between the shots. However, the room temperature of 21,3°C remains the same. By the projection of 9 tableau shots simultaneously, the installation allows viewers to percept the difference and equality between the frames.
