Emine EMEL BALCI

Born in 1984 in Turkey. Graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Film & TV Department in Istanbul. Her short films and documentaries including [#i_]Women of the Lake[_i#](2007) and [#i_]The Waiting[_i#](2009) screened at numerous film festivals and awarded. She directed the first feature [#i_]Until I Lose My Breath [_i#]with the support of the Ministry of Culture´s Film Production Fund, which premiered at the Berlinale in 2015.
