Review

This movie is about a terminally ill man, a retired killer Santos. He has no notion of spending rest of his life at a hospice hospital. He escapes the hospital and drives to the north, without a plan.British traveler Jasper has arrived in India. This travel is his lifetime dream, but an accident strikes his first day. A black comedy sharply disclosing upper-class India society.

Javier REBOLLO

Javier Rebollo was born in Madrid in 1969. From 1995 on, through his production company, Lolita Films, he shoots a series of short films co-written with Lola. In 2006 his first film Lo Que Se De Lola premiered at San Sebastian International Film Festival and obtained the Fipresci Award at London Film Festival. Rebollo’s second film, Woman Without Piano (2009), is awarded Best Film at Los Angeles AFI Film Festival, receives the Silver Shell to Best Director in San Sebastian. Dead Man And Being Happy is his new film.
