Review

A poet in his late 30s, who has spent all his life in Jeju Island, lives off his sturdy wife. One day, the poet meets a teenage boy working at a donut shop and helplessly develops feelings he has never had before.

Born in 1977. Graduated from Korea National University of Arts. She was awarded for Best Director at Busan International Short Film Festival for her short film, One Day To Be Passing By(2007), and her other short, Hearing Aid(2013) was invited to Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival. The director´s debut feature, The Poet and The Boy received Audience Award and Grand Prize at Feature Film Pitching section of Jeonju Project Market in 2016.
