Born in Tokyo, 1977. He studied at the Rikkyo University, and served as an assistant director on many films including Kurosawa Kiyoshi’s [#i_]Soul Dancing[_i#](2004). His first feature film, [#i_]A Song I Remember[_i#](2011) was officially S\\ed for the Japanese Eyes section of the 24th Tokyo IFF and made its theatrical debut in 2012.[#i_] Listen to Light [_i#]is his second feature film and was officially S\\ed for the Japanese Cinema Splash section of the 30th Tokyo IFF.
