Review

The film begins with the filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini scouting the filming locations for The Gospel According to St. Matthew (1964), which later becomes a huge success and one of the most controversial works based on the Bible. At the time of filming, Pasolini and his Vatican adviser, Don Andrea Carraro, travel across Palestine, reminiscing on the path that had been once taken by Jesus Christ. [Sung MOON]
