Jungwoo, a man in his mid-thirties battling alcohol addiction, seeks treatment at a nursing home in the mountains run by Mother Teresa. Despite not accepting patients during the winter, Mother Teresa takes him under her care out of consideration for her friendship with his mother. As the facility's only patient, he struggles with strict discipline and surveillance. While contending with his withdrawal symptoms, he wanders into the mountains and suffers from delirium. However, he finds solace in his interactions with Maria, a beautiful nun in her early 20s who recently took her vows. Maria is gifted with prophetic dreams and had foreseen meeting Jungwoo in one of her dreams. As Jungwoo and Maria get to know each other, a hunter in his 50s, who is involved with the nursing home, enters the picture. Jungwoo sets out on a hunting trip with the man to find alcohol in his backpack but becomes stranded in a heavy snowstorm. This film marks the third feature by director KIM Hee-Jung, who previously showed her introspective style in The Wonder Years and Grape Candy. (KIM Young-Jin)
