Sunwoo, who is about to marry his girlfriend, lives with his mother after his parents divorced and is a mature son who occasionally takes care of his father. However, Sunwoo's life becomes difficult as his father collapses due to a cerebral hemorrhage on the day the two families gather before marriage. Above all, since his father is a credit delinquent, Sunwoo must make his father qualify as a basic livelihood benefit recipient if Sunwoo does not want to take a huge burden on himself. Director KIM Jin-tae's MORA is the story of Sunwoo, who tries to faithfully accept the life given to him despite the loopholes and contradictions of the Korean social welfare system. As time passes, his expression distorts as he has to care for his father all day, convince his relatives, manage his career, and even care for his girlfriend. Lee Donghwi's acting, which effectively reveals Sunwoo's inner self, is essential to this film. Director KIM Jin-tae's directing ability to show the sadness of a family and individual within the frame of a humorous commercial film is also flawless. (MOON Seok)
