While Eve was created from Adam’s rib, one day, Lee Bom’s rib produces a man instead. The begotten is born with fear, covered in blood, and looks crude but proves to be incredibly precious. With the genre-based premise that one body pierces through and exits another body, the film depicts the complex life of people without homes by providing extremely realistic portrayals of places like public restrooms, laundromats, red-light districts, and hotels. It demonstrates how the mere act of eating and sleeping is always risky to those who must steal before getting inevitably shooed away. (LEE Bora)
