Martin, a father in his 30s living in a small town of Norway, runs away into the forest, from everyday life. This is a fun and pity story of the life of today’s men living as a father, a son and a husband.

Born in 1977 in Norway. Studied film at Konstfack Art Academy in Stockholm. He directed several short films before his first feature [#i_]The Mountain[_i#](2011) which was presented at the Berlinale 2011.

Marte VOLD

Born in 1978 in Norway. She studied cinematography at The Norwegian Film School. Her films have been screened in both galleries and film venues. She co-directed[#i_] Out of Nature [_i#]which premiered at the Toronto IFF in 2014.
