Review

Politically unstable society, Columbia. Emilio is cultivating opium illegally. He arranges a place to stay with his son, Simon, temporarily. Getting close to a girl of the same age, Simon becomes stable. But he is shocked and confused after he knows what his dad does for a living.

Born and raised in Ipiales, the high planes of Colombia Juan Carlos Melo Guevara studied film in Bogota’s university Manualea Beltran and Cinema as well as Photography at UNITEC. He has worked on numerous films as a writer, composer, editor and cameraman and won several prize at national film award.
