K-DOC CLASS is an education program that provides customized support and development by production stage for Korean documentary production to improve completeness. In 2020, it presents two new programs: RoughCut Navigating @ JEONJU IFF and the First cut Lab @ EBS International Documentary Festival. RoughCut Navigating contributes to reduce confusion and misjudgment from the director and production team and establish the personality of the film by strengthening clear viewpoints through in-depth discussion on the subject matter and direction of the film. In 'the the First cut Lab', participants will work directly with overseas editors for 4 days editing and working on the final touches of the edited version by constructing sequences and scenes under the global storytelling strategy. One or two outstanding works from RoughCut Navigating can automatically take part in 'the the First cut Lab'. It is expected to be more improved and completed projects through both programs.
