Review

The animation film begins with a slow narration by the well-mannered dog, Sture. It has many detective novel elements such as the two characters journey and adventure, appearance of other mysterious characters, magic, a conspiracy related to an Egyptian mummy, and black money transactions, making this an interesting film. The story unfolds as Sture begins a road trip together with his friend Picasso, but they face strange situations and characters and their curiosity is amplified. Many questions lead them to several directions. Linking these questions like stepping up on a ladder, the audiences encounter a formidable insight that goes back and forth fact and fiction and art and imagination. As Picasso repeatedly states, "Art is a fiction that reveals the truth", this theme is like the background color that supports the film. The conspiracy to sell a false mummy, a pyramid that is just a blown up picture of a postcard, the hero going into the wrong room each time and misunderstandings and confusions arising because of this, few pieces of burnt meat that used to be French cuisine. Through this, we realize that people tend to cling to things that they can see right away when it usually may be just an illusion or a lie. gives us a moment to reflect on the feet that the world we believe in can have its lies, and it makes us aware in a delightful way the foolishness of the people not seeing what they should because of greed.
