To ensure smooth ticketing operations, the 27th JEONJU International Film Festival will implement a revised ticket cancellation policy.

- Cancellations are available up to 60 minutes before the screening(event) starts.
- Up to two tickets may be purchased per screening, and partial cancellations are allowed on a per-ticket basis.
(However, for combined payments with JEONJU IFF vouchers and credit cards, only full cancellation is permitted.)
- To change seats or payment methods, the original ticketing must be canceled and reprocessed. Cancellation fees will apply after the opening of the festival.
- When a cancellation fee applies, the refund will be issued after deducting the applicable fee.

April 29 – May 8 : KRW 1,000 per ticket

※ In the event of screening schedule changes or cancellations announced by JEONJU IFF, full refunds will be provided without any fees until the closing day of the festival.
