Malene CHOI

Born in 1973, adopted from Korea and grew up in Denmark. She graduated in 2005 from the National Film School of Denmark with her short film Inshallah which received an Honorary Mention at the Hot Docs 2006, while her Creature won the Robert Award for the Best Danish Short 2013. Her debut feature The Return received the Special Mention at the IFFR 2018 and Gothenburg FF 2018, respectively.
