One’s Family Gravesite is a film questioning the meaning of nationality and “roots.” Natasha who is a naturalized Korean from Uzbekistan plans to find her family gravesite to be rooted. She finds the perfect land but the landowner, an old lady, doesn’t want to sell it to a foreigner. Eventually, Natasha’s enthusiastic approach strikes up a conversation and the two open their hearts for each other. “Moon is the moon wherever it is,” is a good summary of the film.
