Born in 1995, she studied Korean history before switching her major to film studies. Her short films include So-young's Film (2019), The Granddaughter (2021), and The Lee Families (2023), the latter two dealing with Korean funeral customs. She is currently a television writer and is working on her screenplay for a feature film.
