Review

Rhayne Vermette was previously invited to the JEONJU IFF's International Competition in 2021 with his feature film Ste. Anne (2021). His latest short continues the visual approach established in Black Rectangle (2013)—a brief yet powerful experimental miniature where the dark space of the screen is disrupted by explosive bursts of colors.
