Indie musician Jinhwa is fated to choose between music and love as Mirae, his lover of seven years, wants a breakup because she "has had enough." Jinhwa pleads with her to give him a week to think. In truth, anyone chasing a dream has probably faced a dilemma similar to his, or is facing one now. The specific contents of the categories "music" and "love" may differ for each person, but everyone is endlessly struggling between the cruel choices that life demands. 7 Days 7 People tells the story of a man at the last crossroads between ideals and reality—he meets the people around him and reflects on his life and the relationships he has formed. Although it may seem somewhat familiar at first, what makes this film special is the fact that the protagonist Jinhwa conveys his emotions through songs. The role of Jinhwa is played by Lim Jinhwa, the vocalist of the band HOA, who lays bare his inner voice and delivers deep emotions through songs such as "Dawn Star," "At the Bookstore," and "Daisy." In other big and small roles appear Seo Eunsoo, who recently drew attention through the series Made in Korea, as well as Jun Suk-ho, Yoo Jae-myung, and Jung Ilwoo. (MOON Seok)
